PETITION FOR THE REINSTATEMENT OF TEACHERS AND REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION From Concerned Parents of LBIS

We, the undersigned parents of students at LBIS, write to express our deep concern and disagreement regarding the recent dismissal of Ms. Danica and Ms. Rizka, two teachers who have greatly contributed to the growth, care, and education of our children.

These educators have shown dedication, compassion, and professionalism throughout their time at LBIS. Their sudden and unexplained dismissal has deeply unsettled many of us in the parent community, prompting this formal petition.

We respectfully request the following:

• Reconsideration and reinstatement of Ms. Danica and Ms. Rizka, if no valid cause for dismissal can be justified.
• A transparent explanation regarding the reasons behind their termination, as a gesture of accountability and respect toward the parent community.
• Assurance that future decisions affecting teaching staff will be made with fairness, due process, and the best interests of the students at heart.

We believe that Ms. Danica and Ms. Rizka have made meaningful, positive impacts on our children's education, and we urge the school to acknowledge their value. As parents, we trust that LBIS upholds a standard of integrity and openness and will respond constructively to our concerns.
